TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions at Kevan Scott Goldsmiths Ltd. Placing an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.
We endeavor to give as much technical information as is reasonable about the products we sell. Products shown are not actual size. All measurements are approximate. Colours represented are as accurate as possible. We always try to make sure that the information given on our site is as up to date as possible but we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. All goods will be supplied in our packaging or branded packaging from our suppliers.
The total price payable for the goods and delivery will be as given at the time when you place your order. All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling and include V.A.T. at 15%. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All goods must be paid in full before leaving the showroom.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Switch. When ordering you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay by cheque although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take as long as 10 days.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products.
All jewellery manufactured by us is covered by a 3 year guarantee. Restoration work comes with a one year guarantee. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse and wear and tear. In addition routine maintenance is not covered. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
Goods in perfect condition may be returned within 28 days for a full refund or exchange. Jewellery commissions where the product is designed to the customers specifications can not be returned.
